The Role

We are seeking a talented and driven Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team and continue the pace-setters in in our space. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and other engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of the various teams and the business's customers. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is passionate about creating clean, efficient, and scalable code and is excited to take on new challenges in an ever-growing landscape.

Responsibilities

• Deliver solutions by building out the vision of stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner, transforming business requirements into high-quality functional solutions.

• Work collaboratively with product, design, peers, and external parties to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure a seamless user experience.

• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, and conduct code reviews to maintain a high standard of quality.

• Ensure development follows best practices in application security and data privacy, maintaining compliance with relevant standards.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues, improve application performance, and maintain existing codebases for reliability and scalability.

• Provide support and share technical knowledge with the wider business to empower non-technical teams.

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to improve development processes and product offerings.

Skills and Experience (Essential)

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role.

• Ability to work effectively in an agile environment and deliver solutions within scope.
  Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS or Tailwind, JavaScript or TypeScript, with focus on Vue.js.

• Solid experience with back-end development using PHP (Laravel) and Go.

• Proficiency working with databases, especially MySQL.

• Strong understanding of application security best practices.

• Experience using Git for version control.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
  Familiarity with AI code development tools and techniques.

Skills and Experience (Desirable)

• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Bitbucket.

• Experience with AWS and Terraform for cloud infrastructure.

• Knowledge of testing tools such as PHPUnit and Cypress.

• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.

• Awareness of compliance, regulations, and data privacy standards

• Experience with Storyblok

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday 6am to 3pm

• Homebased
