Jr. Commercial Controller

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and analyze cost production
• Prepare regular sales & cost reports and performance analysis.
• Conduct variance analysis between Actual, Budget, and Forecast.
• Identify cost trends, ine?iciencies, and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Support proftability analysis by product, customer, plant, or business unit.
• Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes related to production and operational costs.
• Analyze cost drivers and provide recommendations to improve budget accuracy.
• Work closely with Production, Procurement, and Finance teams to understand cost drivers.
• Monitor raw material consumption.
• Analyze manufacturing variances and support operational improvement initiatives.
• Participate in cost reduction and productivity improvement projects.
• Prepare weekly, monthly sales & cost performance reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and costing procedures.
• Assist in improving cost control processes and reporting automation.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related feld.
• 1–3 years of experience in Cost Controlling, Cost Accounting, Finance Analyst.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting and inventory management.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, D365, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and able to work with large datasets.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
