Supervisor Engineering

PT Rinnai Indonesia is a Joint Venture Company with Head Office in West Jakarta and factory in Cikupa and Balaraja (Tangerang Regency). We are seeking for Supervisor Engineering to join our team. As a full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the company's engineering operations and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

General Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (S-1) majoring in Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering ;

• Working experience minimal 5 years in similar function or position at medium-scale manufacturing company.

• Have an understanding about ISO 9001:2015, SNI, and Kanban ;

• Capable in automation, robotics, PLC Programming, 2-D & 3-D AutoCAD ;

• Able to read and understand technical drawings ;

• Interpersonal skills in: Leadership, team building, management sense, communication, strong analytical, decision-making, highly motivated, results oriented, ability to work within budgets and deadline ;

• Other skills: Computer literacy in Microsoft Office is a must, good in English both oral & written ;

• Preferable if domicile in West Jakarta or Tangerang Area ;

• Placement in our factory in Cikupa or Balaraja (Tangerang Regency).

What you'll be doing:

• Controlling daily operations of Engineering Department, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task prioritization ;

• Contribute to project planning, implementation, and execution, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget ;

• Oversee routine maintenance and repair activities, ensuring equipment and facilities are in optimal condition ;

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers ;

• Participating in the planning and execution of maintenance activities ;

• Assisting in the development and implementation of engineering policies and procedures
