PT. Kreasi Nusantara Sejati is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online business across various marketplaces and digital platforms. The ideal candidate has strong experience in marketplace management, sales optimization, campaign execution, and digital merchandising, particularly within the Beauty, Haircare, Skincare, Fragrance, and FMCG industries.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and optimize online stores across major marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada).
Execute sales campaigns and promotional activities to drive revenue.
Monitor sales performance and analyze marketplace data.
Coordinate with Marketing, Design, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory.
Track market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in E-Commerce or Marketplace Management.
Hands-on experience with Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and Lazada.
Strong knowledge of marketplace tools, sales campaigns, and data analysis.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and marketplace advertising platforms.
Experience in the Beauty, Haircare, Skincare, Fragrance, or FMCG industry is a plus.
Analytical, target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
