Job Description:
Monitor and analyze sales performance reports and business insights for management across dealers in different category formats.
Prepare and validate dealer achievement reports for incentive, recognition, and campaign qualification.
Identify gaps, growth opportunities and development plans through training, sales performance monitoring and market trends analysis.
Collaborate with Branch Leaders and relevant stakeholders to initiate suitable dealer development plans, business strategies, and support programs.
Monitor dealer progress and evaluate the effectiveness of development actions to improve business performance.
Support the implementation of dealer growth strategies to increase activation, retention, productivity, and long-term business sustainability.
Maintain and update accurate dealer databases, dashboards, and performance tracking systems for each dealer.
Support reporting automation and operational improvements to enhance business visibility and decision-making.
Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, reporting standards, and data governance requirements across dealer performance reporting.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Have minimum 5 years of solid experience in Sales Analysis, Sales Training and Business Intelligence.
Experienced in direct selling, FMCG, retail, or dealer/distributor network management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable business recommendations.
Strong understanding of sales performance tracking, incentive program, KPI measurement, and business reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools and Business Intelligence or Reporting Tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar platform.
Able to identify dealer performance gaps, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend effective development strategies.
