TECHNICAL ENGINEER
The role is to provide Technical after sales Support for IT Infrastructure Solutions and to convince the customer of the technical fit and technical value between the product being sold and the customer's use case/application, platform or environment.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Key tasks are to become a subject matter expert in order to be able to:
>Describe business processes to a customer that involve hardware, software and services.
>Create demos that impress customers
>Research and understand the different Technology and its advantage to be able to describe these to customers in a credible way.
>Technical Service Support with the IT Solutions.
SKILLS AND/OR KNOWLEDGE SPECIFICATIONS
>Possesses Bachelor’s Degree in IT or any Engineering related Courses.
>Background of IT related technical experience in working industry.
>Strong technical aptitude in common IT Infrastructure Solutions such as Network, Security, Servers experienced is a plus.
>Great communication skills; the ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
>Disciplined and demonstrates excellent time management skills.
>Play to Win mindset, with an emphasis on what we Can do, vs. what we Can't do.
Urgent Requirement. Compensation commensurate to qualification with Monthly Incentives or Commission on top of Salary
