Job Description
Develop and implement procurement strategies to support business and operational needs.
Manage sourcing, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and procurement activities.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors and strategic suppliers.
Ensure cost-effective and timely procurement processes.
Monitor vendor performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Lead and develop the Procurement team.
Prepare procurement reports and provide recommendations to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing.
Proven experience in leading a team.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good understanding of procurement, purchasing, and vendor management.
Able to work strategically and operationally.
Willing to be based in Tangerang.
