The Admin Officer – Billing is responsible for preparing and processing invoices, maintaining accurate billing records, and ensuring timely billing transactions. The role also coordinates with internal departments and clients to resolve billing concerns while supporting efficient billing and collection operations.


Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in billing, PO creation, administrative, or accounting-related work is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of billing systems or accounting software is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial documents.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, verify, and process invoices and billing statements.
  • Monitor billing schedules and ensure timely issuance of invoices.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to validate billing details and resolve discrepancies.
  • Record and maintain accurate billing records, documents, and reports.
  • Monitor collections and follow up on outstanding payments when necessary.
  • Respond to billing-related inquiries from clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare billing and collection reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and billing procedures.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Working Schedule- Mon-Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm
