About the role
We are looking for a professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team and maintain our 8-unit premium mini-villa complex in Pererenan (near Canggu).
This is a full-time stable position with a friendly team, international guests, professional management, and clear training provided.

What you will do

• Daily cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces

• Complete Housekeeping tasks:

  • Linen changing

  • Refill amenities & supplies

  • Inventory management of amenities

  • Occasional help with online orders and simple cooking when needed

• Quality control of:

  • Property readiness

  • Technicians’ work

  • Cleanliness and presentation

• Reporting in the dedicated app (photos, missing items, issues)

• Following structured checklists & company standards

• Working with the supervisor and team to maintain consistency

Who we are looking for

• Minimum 2 years villa or hotel Housekeeping experience

• English skills minimum 7/10 (easy conversation with a Manager & Guests)

• Ability to work hard to make Guests happy

• High attention to detail and quality

• Reliable, punctual, and responsible

• Comfortable using dedicated apps for reports (iOS or Android)

• Able to work weekends (rotational)

• Positive, energetic attitude and teamwork mindset

• Enjoys structured, organized work with clear systems
