You Will...

• Execute end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment coordination, and hiring endorsement)
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and partnerships
• Maintain accurate recruitment pipelines, trackers, and ATS/Notion updates
• Ensure a consistent, respectful, and positive candidate experience
• Partner with hiring managers to align requirements and manage hiring expectations
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback and updates
• Support onboarding, contract preparation, and documentation requirements
• Manage employment contracts, renewals, and regularization tracking
• Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and pipeline health updates
• Support employee referral programs and sourcing initiatives
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, Training, and Marketing for hiring needs and talent programs
• Recommend process improvements and sourcing strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 3–5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience (multi-branch or service industry preferred)
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Experience handling volume hiring is an advantage
• Proficient in recruitment systems, online platforms, and reporting tools
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
