You Will...
- Execute end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment coordination, and hiring endorsement)
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and partnerships
- Maintain accurate recruitment pipelines, trackers, and ATS/Notion updates
- Ensure a consistent, respectful, and positive candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers to align requirements and manage hiring expectations
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback and updates
- Support onboarding, contract preparation, and documentation requirements
- Manage employment contracts, renewals, and regularization tracking
- Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and pipeline health updates
- Support employee referral programs and sourcing initiatives
- Collaborate with HR, Operations, Training, and Marketing for hiring needs and talent programs
- Recommend process improvements and sourcing strategies

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience (multi-branch or service industry preferred)
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Experience handling volume hiring is an advantage
- Proficient in recruitment systems, online platforms, and reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
