Always act with integrity and friendly personality.
Be an active representative of the store and business to help new customers become repeat customers.
Actively collaborate and communicate with colleagues and superiors.
Greet customers at or above standards - and that you are in a happy mood to impress customers.
Maintain shop cleanliness before and after each customer arrives.
Participate in all training by the store training team with enthusiasm and an open mind.
Complete all waiter/waitress tasks completely and correctly as trained.
Complete the staff training program provided for waiter/waitress level. Begin the learning process of the Captain training program.
Helps with training as and when needed for the rookies or daily worker.
Executes time management skills, thereby working on time (ready at least 30 minutes before start time), monitors customer needs in the store, completes tasks within the allotted time, and completes everything in a short time.
Complete the skills and product knowledge provided.
Working hours are dedicated to working according to scheduled shifts.
Carry out other tasks assigned by superiors according to company policy.
