About the role:
As a highly motivated and diligent Human Resources Assistant Manager at Eternity NSRB Holding Corporation, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and effective management of the company's human capital. Based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila, this full-time position will see you contributing to the strategic goals of the organization through the delivery of exceptional HR services.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and managing day-to-day HR operations across the organization
- Handling payroll coordination and ensuring accurate and timely salary processing
- Managing employee relations, including disciplinary actions and compliance with labor laws and DOLE requirements
- Leading recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintaining and improving HR policies, procedures, and systems
- Managing employee records, benefits, and leave administration
- Acting as a point of contact for HR-related concerns and supporting management in decision-making
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to payroll, employee relations, and labor compliance
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
