Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Informatics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant (SD/MM).
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD and/or MM modules.
- Willing to support multiple SAP modules and related non-SAP applications.
- Experience in business requirement analysis and SAP configuration.
- Ability to create functional and technical documentation.
- Experience in system testing (SIT/UAT), implementation, and go-live support.
- Basic debugging skills are required.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
Job Description
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and recommend appropriate SAP and surrounding application solutions.
- Configure SAP SD/MM modules and related non-SAP applications based on business requirements.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation for development and operations teams.
- Perform system testing, support implementation activities, and ensure successful solution deployment.
- Provide post go-live support and troubleshoot system issues.
- Perform basic debugging to identify and analyze system issues.
- Conduct end-user training and provide system guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
