Role Description
As our first SDR, you generate qualified discovery calls. You live in
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, find the right operations and tech leaders at
mid-market companies across the EU and US, and open conversations that
don't read like spam. You qualify against our ICP and book calls. You own
the top of the pipeline.
What you'll do
- Build and refine targeted lead lists in Sales Navigator. Our ICP: COO,
CTO, and Head of Operations at 50 to 500 person companies in the EU and US.
- Run personalized, multi-touch outreach: engage, connect, add value, offer.
No spray-and-pray.
- Write DMs and InMails that sound human and get replies.
- Qualify replies against our ICP and book discovery calls for the founder.
- Track every touch and outcome in our pipeline. Report weekly on invites,
accepts, conversations, and calls.
- Feed insight back: what messaging lands, which segments convert.
What you bring
- 2+ years in B2B outbound sales development (SDR or BDR) or social selling.
- Fluent in LinkedIn Sales Navigator: saved searches, lead and account lists,
alerts.
- You write outreach that gets replies. Bring examples.
- Disciplined with pipeline and CRM hygiene.
- Native or fluent written English. French or German a strong plus for EU.
- Self-managed, async, comfortable hitting weekly call targets.
Bonus
- You've booked calls for high-ticket B2B services or technical products.
- You know the consultative, no-pitch social-selling style.
- You use tools where they help but understand LinkedIn's limits.
