About the Role
Messenger Academy is looking for a passionate and experienced YouTube Coach to guide students in developing their skills as content creators. We are seeking someone who not only understands YouTube strategy and content production but also has proven experience managing and growing their own YouTube channel. As a YouTube Coach, you will be responsible for teaching students about content planning, video production, channel development, and YouTube growth strategies through practical and engaging learning sessions.
Requirements:
- Christian / Catholic candidate who aligns with Messenger Academy’s values and character education.
- Have proven experience in YouTube content creation and channel management.
- Own a personal YouTube channel with demonstrated achievements (such as consistent content creation, audience growth, engagement, or monetization experience).
- Understand YouTube content strategy, audience development, and platform trends.
- Able to teach, communicate, and guide students in a fun and engaging way.
- Passionate about mentoring and helping others develop their creativity.
Responsibilities:
- Teach students the fundamentals of becoming a YouTube content creator.
- Guide students in creating content ideas, scripts, filming, editing, thumbnails, and channel optimization.
- Share practical knowledge and experience from personal YouTube journey.
- Help students develop confidence and creativity in content creation.
- Provide feedback and guidance on students’ YouTube projects.
