Senior .NET / API Developer - Full Remote - Contractor in USD

For an international project in Washington, we are urgently looking for a Senior .NET / API Developer with Azure experience. Candidates need to be available within 2 to 4 weeks!
We are looking for a contractor, who is able to work 8 hours US (Washington) time. This position is long-term. Candidates need to be fluent in English.
Profile:

• Bachelor or Master degree;
  
• +8 years of .NET development experience;
  
• Experience of programming and scripting languages/frameworks such as .NET core, .NET, ASP.net, .NET Frameworks;
  
• Experience of range services from the Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform including Infrastructure and Security related services such as Azure AD, IaaS, PaaS, Containers, Storage, Azure Monitoring, Security, App Insights and Log Analytics;
  
• Experience on Microsoft Azure Platform as A Service (PaaS) products such as Azure SQL, AppService, Logic Apps, Functions, Azure App Services, APIM and other Serverless services.
  
• Experience with claims-based authentication (SAML/OAuth/OIDC), MFA and RBAC;
  
• Evident hands-on experience with one or more of serverless architecture (Azure Functions), Azure API Management, Middleware (Azure Service bus), Azure Event Hub, Azure Batch, Azure App Services;
  
• Good understanding of Microsoft Identity and Access Management products such including Azure AD AD B2C;
  
• Good understanding of Azure cloud service offering (covering Azure Compute, Storage, Network, WebApp, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Functions, Azure AD);
  
• Knowledge of PowerShell, Git, ARM templates and deployment automation using Azure DevOps;
  
• Knowledge on Azure Data Lake, Azure DevOps / Databases like Redis, Cosmos DB and Web service integration;
  
• Knowledge on Open API standards, ODATA interfaces;
  
• Good knowledge of quality standards, security, and best practice;
  
• Working knowledge on Azure DevOps and ability to interpret the results of code coverage and security scans and create remediation plans;
  
• Demonstrated deep engineering and development expertise on Microsoft Azure PAAS, FAAS and IAAS stack of services;
  
• Designed high performance, scalable and secure cloud native and hybrid cloud applications, APIs and Microservices with .NET Core and Microsoft Azure PAAS, Functions-as-a-Services;
  
• Understanding of Identity management and modern authentication and authorization protocols such as OIDC, OAuth 2.0 using Azure Active Directory;
  
• Understanding of CI/CD and continuous testing practices with Azure DevOps into the engineering lifecycle;
  
• Fluent in English;
