Marketing Creative Producer

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Creative Producer to lead and deliver creative marketing efforts across our web and mobile entertainment products. You will develop and execute advertising concepts, working closely with UA, Product, Analytics to deliver effective marketing assets.

Requirements

• 2–3 years in creative production, ideally in a UA-focused environment
• Experience with web and mobile app marketing, including subscription-based products
• Expertise in marketing creatives across video, static, UGC, and playable formats
• Creative and analytical mindset — ability to read performance data and act on it
• Understanding of AI-driven creative tools and pipelines (ComfyUI, Freepik and similar)
• Ability to evaluate and guide AI-generated creatives, not just produce them manually
• Organized, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Upper-Intermediate English

Key Responsibilities

• Set quality standards for AI-generated creatives and filter output
• Use AI tools and workflows to generate concepts and iterate on assets quickly
• Work with automation tools to surface insights and make creative decisions
• Collaborate with UA, product marketing, game, and analytics teams
• Track creative performance and optimize based on data
• Leverage data-driven insights to optimize creatives and identify winning concepts
