Japanese Speaker HRGA Manager - Restaurant (A-132502)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in Jakarta.

• Our client is a Japanese Restaurant company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker HRGA (Legal and Accounting Support) Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

HRGA:

• Handle general HR and GA operations, including employee documentation, office administration, and internal coordination

Legal Support:

• Coordinate with the legal team based in Japan to support legal procedures and documentation

• Assist with local applications and processes that require on-site presence in Indonesia

Accounting Support:

• Liaise with external accounting agents to collect and submit necessary financial documents

• Provide administrative support for accounting-related tasks.

• In the future, help transition accounting operations in-house by building internal capabilities

• Other related tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree

• More than Business level Japanese with N2 and above (Also need reading and writing skills)

• More than conversational level English

• Working experience as HRGA for at least 3 years in Japanese company

• Willing to do various tasks and handle alone

• Be able to work under pressure
