HR Project Specialist

The HR Project Specialist will serve as a key driver in planning, executing, and monitoring strategic projects within the Human Resources Department and across intersecting business units.

In this role, you will own the day-to-day coordination and analytical tracking of HR initiatives, ensuring processes are streamlined and projects are delivered efficiently. Working closely with the Departmental Project Manager (DPM), you will turn project data into actionable insights, map out cross-functional workflows, and maintain strict project governance so leadership can focus on high-level organizational transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Project & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate directly with HR stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align goals, manage timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of project outputs.
• Data Analysis & Risk Mitigation: Analyze project metrics and HR data to identify process gaps, potential operational bottlenecks, and opportunities for workflow optimization.
• Process Mapping & Workflows: Evaluate existing HR structures to design, streamline, and update clear process maps across affected departments.
• Documentation & Governance: Maintain and organize complete project repositories, compliance files, and standardized documentation.
• Status Reporting: Structure, prepare, and present detailed project status reports and progress dashboards for management review.
• Testing & Rollout Support: Champion change management by supporting the functional testing, training preparation, and implementation phases of new HR systems, policies, or workflows.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Project Management, Information Technology, or any related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or HR administrative support. Early-career professionals and proactive fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical acumen with the ability to interpret data, spot operational trends, and propose logical solutions.
• Organization & Tools: Exceptional organizational and documentation skills. Proficiency with process mapping software (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio, PowerPoint) or project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Jira) is highly preferred.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the capability to engage professionally with various team levels.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Basic Salary: Php 25,000.00 – Php 35,000.00 / month (commensurate with experience)
• Rice Allowance: Php 1,500.00 / month
• Transportation Allowance: Php 150.00 / working day
