SALES
• Provide service to walk-in customers（Sometime have retail customers)
• Collect/search founders contacts and follow up on sales opportunities （Send catalogs etc）
• Respond to clients inquiries via Whatsapp Instergram Wechat etc
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPI (Q1 Q2 team KPI)
• Develop and identify new business opportunities, online/offline channels, online (engine stack/social platforms) offline (Field sales)
Operations
• Coordinate (have several inventory staff/stocker) and supervise to ensure proper stock organization, product displays, New arrivals, or clients request。 product updates, content posting e-commerce operations, including website and social media updates.
Administration
• Daily settlement, Invoice Credit note Collection Inventory (system app:Shang Lu Hua ,device IPAD/Phone/computer). Maintain documents/records
