Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or a related major.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within the IT, Network Infrastructure, or Internet Service Provider (ISP) industry.
Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including competency-based interviewing and candidate assessment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficient in utilizing recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn and job portals) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Experience in recruitment reporting and data analysis is an advantage.
Job Responsibilities
Managed end to end recruitment process until onboarding.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies by utilizing various recruitment channels while building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including candidate evaluation, interview coordination, and hiring decisions.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipelines, and prepare recruitment reports and hiring analytics.
Facilitate onboarding activities, monitor employee probation periods, and manage related recruitment administration for new hires.
Support employer branding initiatives across multiple platforms and collaborate with outsourcing partners to ensure timely fulfillment of workforce requirements.
