English Teacher

Requirements:

• Posses strong English communication skills both in conversational and business environment.

• Willing to be placed in Batam, on all ME branches especially in Sei Panas, and Batam Center area.

• Minimum 2 years experience as an English Teacher.

• Should be passionate about their work and versatile.

• Should be able to connect, empathize with students and inspire them.

• Excellent understanding of both verbal and non-verbal communication and maintaining student engagement.

• Proficient in Ms. Office and administrative.

• Responsible and able to work in dynamic working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work 6 days in a week from Monday to Friday (13.30-21.10), Saturday (10.00-18.00). You’ll off on Sunday and Public Holiday.

• Teach General English for Adults, Business English, English for Teenagers and English for Kids.

• Develop teaching materials and supplementary materials are utilized from time to time.

• Evaluating student progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement to both students and their parents.

• Pre-testing new student and assist the sales team when customer need information the right program for their needs.

• Ensure that the classroom stays orderly.

• Encourage and motivate students to study English.

• Day to day and weekly report for lesson plan and monthly report for student's improvement progress.

• Collaborate with Marketing Team to develop engaging content and support live streaming activities across social media platforms.
