Product Development Jr. Manager

Job Description:

• Contribute to market research and competitor analysis efforts to identify product opportunities and provide insights that inform product development plans and portfolio direction.

• Lead and develop product portfolio and concept development based on market trends, consumer needs, and business goals, ensuring strong alignment with product development and overall brand strategy.

• Identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation based on consumer insights, market feedback, and trend analysis to help improve customer satisfaction and differentiation.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, Sales, Go-To-Market Strategies and other key stakeholders to align on product vision, ensuring strategic coherence and executional readiness across the organization.

• Coordinate and monitor new product development activities to ensure each project follows the planned schedule, meets required timelines, and delivers a successful launch.

• Manage the end-to-end process of prototyping, testing, and quality validation to ensure product readiness and performance standards.

• Manage project management initiatives to ensure project delivery aligns with defined specifications / quality (efficacy, safety, sensorial, packaging), timelines, and budget constraints.

• Manage and maintain governance and oversight of administrative, regulatory, and documentation requirements to uphold compliance and operational efficiency throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Responsible for the manpower planning and its development (coaching, mentoring, counselling) as well as conducting periodic reviews to manage the team’s performances.

• Become a role model in implementing corporate culture and creating a collaborative & synergistic teamwork culture across functions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacist, Biology, Chemistry, General Practitioner

• 2-3 years experience Product Development in Beauty and Personal Care industry

• Preferable have experience Hair Care Development

• Having strong interest about cosmetic/skincare products.
