Waiter / Waitress
Dewa Cafe is looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join our Pre-opening team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, enjoy interacting with guests, and are committed to delivering an excellent dining experience.
Qualifications
Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a cafe, restaurant, or hotel.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Friendly, well-groomed, and professional
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, team player, and willing to learn.
Good knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage.
Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus, explain menu items, and make recommendations when needed.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
Ensure guests receive attentive and efficient service throughout their dining experience.
Set up and maintain cleanliness of dining areas before, during, and after service.
Handle guest requests and resolve minor concerns professionally.
Process bills and payments accurately when required.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.
Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
