Drive regional sales growth and execute the company's commercial strategy across North and South Sumatra by expanding market presence and increasing product adoption.
Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing distribution partners to ensure sustainable market coverage and long-term business growth.
Establish, maintain, and strengthen strategic relationships with distributors, key accounts, schools, educational institutions, and other stakeholders within the assigned territory.
Lead distributor capability development through continuous coaching, sales training, business planning, and performance management to improve sales effectiveness and operational excellence.
Analyze market trends, curriculum developments, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and recommend strategic initiatives.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying prospective customers and supporting distributors in converting opportunities into long-term business partnerships.
Monitor distributor performance against agreed sales targets and KPIs, implementing action plans to maximize revenue, market penetration, and customer retention.
Collaborate closely with distributors to plan and execute sales campaigns, product launches, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
Support distributors throughout the complete customer journey, including product presentations, demonstrations, evaluations, implementation, onboarding, and post-adoption follow-up.
Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Promote and drive the adoption of Pelangi's complete portfolio of educational solutions, including products and services from its subsidiaries, to achieve regional business objectives.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, market analyses, business reports, and territory performance updates to support management decision-making.
Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure successful execution of regional business initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and sales governance while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.
Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales, revenue, profitability, and market share targets while contributing to the company's long-term growth strategy.
