As a Sales Operations Intern, you'll work closely with our sales team and gain real-world experience in lead generation, market research, CRM management, and day-to-day sales operations. This is a great opportunity if you're interested in sales, business development, or the SaaS industry.
What You'll Do
- Research potential clients and industries to support our sales team.
- Build and update prospect lists using LinkedIn and other online sources.
- Maintain and organize customer information in our CRM.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
- Help coordinate meetings, product demos, and follow-ups with prospects.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
- Assist with other sales-related projects as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Currently taking up Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Information Technology, or any related course.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to complete at least 400–500 internship hours.
- Candidates with their own laptop are preferred.
- Immediate availability is a plus.
