Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end marketing activation events in residential areas, including housing complexes, apartments, and community spaces.
Develop event concepts and promotional activities to generate qualified sales leads, increase brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, sales teams, vendors, and residential management to ensure smooth event preparation and execution.
Manage event timelines, budgets, logistics, and operational checklists to ensure all activities are delivered on schedule and within budget.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing and Communication or Event (experience in the Telecommunication or Internet Service Provider industry is a plus).
Strong persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about marketing, events, and promotions.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
