Position Snapshot
- Mid Shift (4:00 PM–1:00 AM) | Full-time
- Onsite (Iloilo Office) | Hybrid (Makati Office)
- Open to fresh IT graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong foundation in computer hardware, software, operating systems, and general IT support
- Excellent communication, technical troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
About the Role
This role supports a US-based dental technology platform by providing frontline technical and product assistance to customers. You'll help resolve technical concerns, assist users in navigating the platform, and participate in testing new features before release. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys technology, delivering great customer experiences, and continuously building their technical skills.
What You'll Be Working On
Technical & Product Support
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Provide technical guidance and product assistance to customers.
- Help users understand platform features and recommend best practices.
Product Testing & Quality Assurance
- Test newly developed features and system enhancements before deployment.
- Identify issues, document findings, and provide feedback to support product improvements.
Customer Assistance
- Respond to customer concerns through phone, email, and live chat.
- Deliver timely, accurate, and professional support while ensuring a positive customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Fresh graduates in Information Technology or candidates with up to two years of relevant experience.
- Solid understanding of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and basic networking concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer or technical support is an advantage but not required.
- Able to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively with a team.
- Passionate about learning new technologies and developing a career in technical support.
