Architect Interior Design

We are looking for an Architect to develop architectural and interior design concepts, create technical drawings, and collaborate with international clients. The ideal candidate has advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD, strong design and visualization skills, and the ability to coordinate projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on project requirements and client objectives.
• Create detailed architectural drawings, construction documents, and 3D models using ArchiCAD.
• Prepare design presentations, renderings, and visualizations for client reviews.
• Revise and update designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Utilize SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software to support design development and presentations.
• Ensure projects comply with applicable building codes, standards, and company quality requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and international clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proven experience in architectural and interior design projects.
• Advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD (Required).
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other 3D visualization/rendering software.
• Experience working with international clients is highly preferred.
• Strong design, presentation, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
