About the role
CCI Computer is a leading provider of computer hardware and software solutions. We are looking for a Warehouse Picker-Packer & Customer Service Specialist to join our e-commerce team. This position requires candidates with warehouse management experience, good communication skills, and some customer service ability. You will be responsible for order processing, warehouse picking, packing, and shipping, while also communicating with customers and resolving after-sales issues. We need a detail-oriented, responsible individual to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse and high customer satisfaction.
What you'll be doing
Warehouse Management and Order Processing:
1.Pick, pack, label, and ship products according to order requirements, ensuring accuracy;
2.Ensure timely inventory management and coordinate inbound and outbound processes;
3.Regularly inspect the storage condition of products in the warehouse to maintain an organized and clean environment.
Customer Service:
1.Print and organize daily marketplace orders (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Website, etc.) Prepare shipping documents and labels accurately
2.Handle customer returns and exchanges, follow up on complaints, and resolve issues efficiently;
3.Maintain good communication with customers to ensure their needs are addressed promptly, enhancing customer satisfaction.
Other Responsibilities:
1.Assist the warehouse supervisor with daily warehouse management and inventory audits;
2.Record and report daily data, including order processing, shipping progress, and customer feedback;
3.Provide sales data support to help optimize product shipping and customer service processes.
What we're looking for:
1.High school diploma or higher; basic proficiency in English (not mandatory) and communication skills in Indonesian;
2.At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce warehouse management, picking and packing, or customer service;
3.Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada; prior experience with these platforms is preferred;
4.Strong communication skills and a spirit of teamwork, with the ability to collaborate across departments;
5.Detail-oriented, patient, responsible, and able to handle urgent orders and customer issues effectively;
6.Proficient in using common office software (such as Excel, Word), and experience with warehouse management systems is a plus.
