The Opportunity
As a Sales Executive - Coating/Plastic at PT Colorindo Chemtra, you will play a vital role in driving the company's sales growth and expanding its presence in the Jakarta Raya region. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in the sales and consulting domain, contributing to the success of a dynamic organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the coating and plastic industries
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Provide expert consultative sales support, advising clients on the most suitable products and solutions
- Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer service
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies
- Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales and marketing initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as Chemical/Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Communication, or other related field (Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply)
- Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably within the coating and plastic industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in consultative selling techniques and the ability to provide tailored solutions
- Familiarity with industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and thrive in a team-oriented setting
