General Affair Officer
Responsibilities:
* Support daily project administration and coordinate operational activities across departments
* Maintain and organize project documentation, contracts, permits, certifications, and compliance records
* Manage and maintain a structured Google Drive documentation system, including folder structures, file naming conventions, version control, and document tracking
* Handle documentation related to certifications, legal agreements, vendor contracts, insurance, asset registry, and government correspondence
* Conduct regular documentation audits and ensure timely submission and proper archiving of company records
* Support company licensing, permits, certifications, and compliance-related processes
* Coordinate with vendors, consultants, service providers, and government offices when required
* Prepare administrative reports, meeting notes, and project updates for management
* Support procurement administration and maintain proper records for company assets and operational documents
* Assist in developing SOPs and improving administrative workflows and operational efficiency
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in project administration, compliance, operations support, general affairs, or a similar role
* Experience handling project documentation, permits, licensing, or compliance-related administration
* Experience managing documentation systems and Google Drive governance is highly preferred
* Familiarity with certifications, compliance processes, or operational documentation is a plus
* Experience coordinating with vendors, external parties, or government offices is preferred
* Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Good communication and coordination skills across departments
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple administrative responsibilities simultaneously
* Proactive, structured, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment
