Full-Time Marketing Manager / Content Creator

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Marketing Manager / Content Creator to lead and manage the content and social media presence of a premium aesthetics clinic in Bali.

This is not a basic social media management role. We are looking for a true professional who understands branding, organic growth, viral content creation, and maintaining a clean, premium aesthetic across all platforms.

The successful candidate must be highly organised, creative, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of our social media presence while maintaining a luxury brand image.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management

* Manage and grow Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google Business Profile.

* Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business objectives.

* Maintain a clean, premium, luxury-focused Instagram grid.

* Create and schedule engaging content across all platforms.

* Stay up to date with social media trends and identify opportunities for organic growth.

Content Creation

* Produce and edit high-quality reels and short-form videos.

* Transform existing footage into engaging, high-performing content.

* Create content designed to maximise organic reach, engagement, and enquiries.

* Write captions, hooks, and content concepts.

* Demonstrate an understanding of what makes content perform and go viral.

Brand & Creative Direction

* Ensure all content aligns with the clinic’s premium brand identity.

* Organise and coordinate videography and photography shoots.

* Source and coordinate photographers, videographers, models, influencers, and other content contributors when required.

* Plan and manage content calendars.

Marketing Growth

* Drive organic audience growth and engagement.

* Understand Instagram and TikTok algorithms and best practices.

* Develop strategies that increase reach, shares, saves, and enquiries.

* Assist with local marketing initiatives and brand partnerships.

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, content creation, social media management, or a similar role.

* Strong portfolio demonstrating:

    * Organic social media growth.

    * High-performing or viral reel creation.

    * Premium Instagram grid design.

    * High-quality content production.

* Strong video editing skills.

* Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and current social media trends.

* Excellent communication and organisational skills.

* Must be based in Bali or willing to relocate to Canggu.

* Available full-time, 5 days per week.

* Available for an immediate start.

Preferred Experience

A significant advantage will be given to applicants who have previous experience working within:

* Beauty and Wellness Brands

Applicants with a strong understanding of the aesthetics industry, aesthetic treatments, luxury branding, and beauty-focused marketing will be highly regarded.
