Qualifications :
Proficient in spoken and written English
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Law or relevant experience
5+ years' experience in Human Resources
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work collaboratively with staff, faculty, and administration.
