• Coordinating the day-to-day activities from PO, display, delivery goods, complaint, and other matters related Customer operational
• Ensuring the operational of each team does their part in supporting the M&G Company achieve its objectives.
• Support Customer by conducting high-level selling
• Conduct market analysis and make long-term and short-term work plans
• Provide reports to Sales Director like sales reports, lead generation reports, customer complaints reports, new customers’ on-boarded reports.
• Assist Sales Director or other team to ensure adequate client communication (Translator), maintain contacts with clients and provide feedback.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, pricing, sales activities.
• Evaluate & Monitoring performance of the sales and seek ways to improve the team’s performance
• Monitoring & Maintain Customer’s Account Recievable
