Responsibilities:
Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability and extend asset life.
Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
Oversee maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and adherence to financial targets.
Facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and safety teams to ensure alignment on maintenance goals and initiatives.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in Heavy Equipment maintenance.
Minimum 3 years working as supervisory position or higher.
Proven track record of leading maintenance teams and managing complex repair projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Experience with budget management and cost control in maintenance operations.
Trade Certificate Heavy Equipment.
Proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
Communication (Written and Verbal) in English is advantage.
