Pre-Sales Manager (UPS & MV Drives)

Job Descriptions :

• Lead pre-sales activities for UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) and MV Drives (Medium Voltage Drives) solutions

• Analyze customer requirements and propose technical solutions that meet their needs

• Prepare technical proposals, system design, and cost estimation

• Provide product presentations and technical demonstrations to clients

• Work closely with customers to understand their technical and business requirements

• Provide consultative support and recommend optimal solutions

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

• Support the Sales team in tendering and bidding processes

• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth project handover

• Ensure alignment between customer requirements and technical deliverables

• Act as a subject matter expert for UPS and MV Drives

• Stay updated on market trends, competitors’ products, and new technologies

• Provide technical training and knowledge sharing to internal teams

• Review tender specifications and prepare compliant technical proposals

Requirements :

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field (UPS and/or MV Drives)

2. Experience working with reputable brands such as ABB, Schneider, Vertiv, Socomec, Fuji Electric, or other prominent brands in industrial and commercial UPS and MV Drives solutions

3. Proven experience in pre-sales, tendering, or solution engineering

4. Good command of English (spoken and written)

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

6. Willingness to travel as required
