Job Description – Product Group Manager
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for assigned product groups across all branch offices.
Act as the main liaison between the company and the principal.
Coordinate with branch offices to ensure effective implementation of sales programs, promotions, and product distribution.
Analyze sales performance, market share, and product performance across branches.
Monitor sales targets for the product group in collaboration with branch teams.
Evaluate product performance and provide strategic recommendations to improve sales.
Maintain strong relationships and effective communication with principals.
Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, market insights, and product activities for management and principals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Category Management, or Product Management (preferably in FMCG or distribution company)
Experience in handling principal relationships and coordinating with multiple branch offices is preferred.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple products and projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Willing to travel to branch offices when required.
