AU Accountant

• Accounting graduate (CPA is a plus)
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Competent in using accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks, and Receipt Bank (is a plus)
• Has good Australian bookkeeping experience of 2 years or more (with Hubdoc experience)
• Knows how to prepare simple and complex Business Activity Statements
• Has good experience in reconciling GST, ATO ICA, ATO ITA, PAYGW, Wages Accounts
• Demonstrate ability to be self-directed, resourceful, and creative in performing job duties individually or in a team
• Demonstrate ability to identify and resolve problems and follow through on assignments
• Good working knowledge of Australian Tax Laws and payroll (is a plus)
• Understanding of Existing Statutory Regulations
• Knowledgeable of Accepted Accounting Practices and Principles
• Willing to work onsite in Makati City
• Work Schedule: Mon-Fri | 7am to 4pm

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices, reconciliations, and payroll
• Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with Australian tax and accounting standards
• Ensure accurate record-keeping for all financial transactions
• Assist with BAS preparation and lodgment
• Collaborate with our finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Assist clients with their inquiries and provide support as needed
• Enhances job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities, staying current with professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in relevant professional organizations, as permitted by Lockforce International Inc.
