BASIC FUNCTION
Responsible for sales, new products/area development, and accounts management of the company
SPECIFIC DUTIES
- Scope of Work: Ensures meeting not less than 80% of the annual sales target, may be assigned with key corporate accounts within committed schedules
- Scouts for prospective clients, sets meetings, introduces the products and services by phone, online or directly in person, conducts sales blitz when warranted;
- Consistent and reliable account management of existing clients in the said Area
- product/service costing computations / costing request processing
- order processing - fast turnaround of leads
- after sales assistance
- related operational support
- billing support
- digital business reports
- Facilitates processing of new client inquiries
- client coordination
- generate costing and proposal submission
- other related requirements (MRIS, PDCR, etc.)
- Monitors Production commitments regarding
- sales forecast vs timeline
- client orders and requirements, concerns and complaint
- replacements of defective stocks
- other matters
- Works closely with the Sales/Business Devt Manager in collecting information in aid of market analysis, assessment of market trends, changing demands and requirements of the target market.
- Client Feedback
- Competitor Products, Prices, Terms of Reference
- Diligently records daily Client meeting updates/ Market Research in provided online platform for proper data mining and retrieval.
- Do product/business review presentations and other training; ensuring a productive client visits every time.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis presentation of existing/potential customers to meet their needs, whenever necessary
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with customer
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize performance satisfaction
- Execute launch of new products and areas - scouting for business prospects
- Solicits feedback on current products and services
- Conduct market research
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other support departments.
- Supply management thru daily and monthly reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Prepares the necessary reports to management like:
- Liquidation reports
- Squadzip Reports
- Sales Itineraries every Mondays
- Client visit/Market penetration results every visit
- Sales pipeline updates every Saturdays
- Area Monthly Reports
- Proposal Monitoring Sheet
- Other reports as needed
- Continuously improve through feedback.
