Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
- Assist members with questions regarding healthcare benefits, eligibility, claims, billing, and coverage.
- Provide accurate information about healthcare services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in company systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams and healthcare providers to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Meet quality, productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction standards.
- Protect confidential customer information and comply with company policies and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- college graduate; college undergraduates are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, insurance, or a related field is an advantage but not required.
- Strong problem-solving, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays, if required.
