Quick Qualifications
- College Graduate: Open to Freshers (No experience required).
- Undergraduate: Completed 2 years in College + at least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Skills: Above-average English communication, strong problem-solving, and basic MS Office knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist health insurance members and healthcare providers with coverage, benefits, and claims inquiries.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and guide members through network navigation.
- Document customer interactions accurately while maintaining data privacy.
