Waiter / Waiters

Nova Wellness Ubud is seeking professional, warm, energetic, and service-oriented Waiters to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences within our unique wellness destination featuring sauna, hammam, gym, swimming pool, healthy food & beverages, and evening bonfire experiences.

The Waiter is responsible not only for food and beverage service, but also for creating a welcoming, relaxing, and wellness-focused atmosphere for guests throughout the property. This role requires strong hospitality skills, positive energy, attention to detail, and the ability to provide personalized service in a premium wellness environment.


Key Responsibilities

Guest Service & Hospitality :

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally at all times.
• Present menus and explain food, beverages, wellness drinks, and special promotions.
• Provide attentive and personalized service throughout the guest experience.
• Build friendly relationships with guests while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Ensure guests feel comfortable, relaxed, and cared for in all areas of the venue.

Food & Beverage Service :

• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and according to service standards.
• Monitor table cleanliness and guest satisfaction continuously.
• Handle special dietary requests and communicate clearly with kitchen staff.
• Recommend healthy beverages, juices, smoothies, teas, and wellness menu items.

Wellness Environment Support :

• Understand the basic concept and benefits of sauna, hammam, recovery, and wellness culture.
• Guide guests politely regarding towels, robes, hydration, and wellness etiquette.
• Assist in maintaining a calm, peaceful, and clean wellness atmosphere.
• Support guests during evening wellness and bonfire sessions.

Evening Bonfire Service :

• Prepare and maintain evening bonfire guest areas.
• Deliver warm hospitality during evening events and social gatherings.
• Serve beverages and snacks around bonfire areas safely and professionally.
• Create a cozy, welcoming, and relaxed evening atmosphere.

Hygiene & Cleanliness : 

• Maintain high hygiene standards in dining and wellness areas.
• Ensure tables, chairs, service stations, and guest areas remain clean and organized.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.

Team Collaboration : 

• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, reception, and management teams.
• Support coworkers during busy service periods.
• Participate in daily briefings and operational meetings.
  

Job Requirements :

Experience : 

Minimum 1 year experience in:

• Restaurant
• café, B each club
• Hotel
• Wellness center
• Hospitality industry
• Experience in wellness hospitality or luxury service is an advantage.

Skills & Knowledge : 

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good understanding of food and beverage service standards.
• Positive attitude with warm and welcoming personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced but peaceful wellness environment.
• Basic understanding of wellness lifestyle concepts is preferred.

Language Requirements : 

• Good English speaking and communication skills is a MUST.
• Additional languages are an advantage : Russian.
