General Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Manufacturing with 5 years in senior management role

• Strong understanding of production, supply chain, finance, and people management.

• Proven experience managing multi-site operations across a geographical dispersed area with large operational teams.

• Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience in recycling, plastics, packaging, or FMCG Manufacturing is an advantage.

• Fluency in English conversation is an absolute must.

Oversee and strengthen all of our facilities.

Ensure 100% compliance at every facility.

Drive production targets and quality standards for market-ready recycled PET/PP/HDPE flakes

Improve productivity, efficiency, and cost performance.

Financial Management

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.

Monitor profitability and operational expenditures.

Ensure effective utilization of Company resources and CAPEX investments.

People & Culture

Lead, mentor, and develop managers and teams.

Build a high-performance and accountable organizational culture.

Support talent development and succession planning.

Foster the pride our workers.

Stakeholder & Supplier Management

Manage and foster relationships with all business partners.

Report operational and ESG metrics to all strategic partners.

Co-ordinate regularly on a daily or weekly basis with all strategic partners.

Expand the supplier base to increase collection capacity.

We are seeking a highly capable General Manager to lead overall business operations, drive profitability, and strengthen overall organizational performance.

The Role

We are seeking a hands-on, strategic General Manager to lead our entire Indonesia operation. You will be accountable for the end-to-end supply chain - from the moment a bottle enters a collection center to the delivery of certified, traceable flakes to global markets.

This is a role for a leader who understands that profit, purpose, and process must work together. You will manage multi-site facilities, cultivate and foster our pride and culture, and report to our business partners.
