We are looking for a creative and proactive professional to design, develop, and launch our new website.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Full-Service Website Designer who can take our existing organisational framework and transform it into a professional, visually appealing, and fully functional website.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire website development process, from content creation and visual design to Wix implementation and launch.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website Strategy & Design

* Develop the website structure and user journey based on our existing framework

* Design page layouts that are professional, engaging, and user-friendly

* Create a consistent visual identity across the website

* Ensure the website is fully responsive for desktop and mobile devices

2. Content Development & Copywriting

* Write and refine website content for all pages

* Develop compelling messaging that reflects Arden Academy's mission and values

* Create clear calls-to-action and user-friendly page content

* Ensure content is engaging, professional, and aligned with our target audiences

3. Visual Content

* Source and select appropriate images, graphics, icons, and visual assets

* Organise and conduct photography sessions where required

* Edit and optimise images for web use

* Ensure visual content aligns with the Arden Academy brand

4. Wix Website Development

* Build the website on Wix

* Implement all website pages and functionality

* Set up contact forms, inquiry forms, and WhatsApp integration

* Optimise website performance and mobile responsiveness

* Prepare the website for launch

Requirements

* Proven experience designing and building professional websites

* Strong portfolio demonstrating website design and development work

* Experience with Wix website development

* Excellent copywriting and content creation skills in English

* Strong visual design and branding skills

* Ability to work independently and take ownership of a project

* Strong communication and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with schools, educational organisations, nonprofits, or social enterprises

* Photography and photo editing skills

* Basic SEO knowledge

* Experience developing brand messaging and content strategy
