Key Responsibilites :
Analyzes the recruitment process performance and prepares the recruitment dashboards
Conduct recruitment and right placement in company in order to achieve company’s targets
Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date
Trains new HR Recruiters
Analyzes the cost per hire, time to hire and recommends changes and improvements
Measures the performance of HR Recruiters and provides feedback to them
Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them
CV screening and approach candidates on job portals
Conduct Candidate Clinical psychological assessment
Qualifications and Experience :
Master Degree in Clinical Psychology (S2) overseas graduates are welcome
Minimal 1 years working experience in Recruitment or Talent Management
Proficient in verbal and written English is a must (TOEFL ITP Min 500)
Familiar with assessment, psychological testing, interview technique and sourcing strategy
