The Physical Therapist is responsible for conducting comprehensive movement and postural assessments, identifying physical limitations, providing evidence-based recommendations, and administering recovery therapies using advanced rehabilitation technologies.
The role focuses on helping members improve mobility, reduce pain, prevent injuries, and optimize physical performance through personalized recovery and corrective exercise programs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Postural Analysis and Movement Screening
- Perform Functional Movement Assessments
- Identify muscular imbalances and mobility limitations
- Evaluate joint range of motion, flexibility, and stability
- Perform pain and limitation assessments
- Explain assessment findings clearly to members
- Recommend individualized recovery and corrective exercise plans
