About the role
We are looking for a talented Staff Research and Development Cosmetic to join our growing team at PT Infinity Artha Cosmetica. As a fulltime role based in Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat, you will be responsible for supporting the research and development efforts of our cosmetics manufacturing company.
What you'll be doing
Conducting research and development activities to create new cosmetic formulations and improve existing products
Carrying out product testing and quality assurance procedures to ensure the highest standards
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and develop innovative cosmetic solutions
Documenting research findings and preparing reports for management
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in cosmetic R&D
Providing technical support and guidance to the production team as needed
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Cosmetology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field
Minimum 1 years of experience in cosmetic research and development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and data analysis software
Knowledge of cosmetic industry regulations and quality standards
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
