Fullstack Developer (Middle - Senior)

Job Description

• Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications across frontend, backend, database, and integration layers.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with clients, Solution Architects, and project teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Design and implement APIs, database structures, and system integrations with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development, testing, documentation, and problem-solving activities.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and architectural best practices.
• Troubleshoot application and system issues, and support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to applications, integrations, and solution designs.

Requirements

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer or related role.
• Proficient in C#, ASP.NET Core, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Experience with NestJS or Express.js frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, API Gateway, and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Redis.
• Familiar with Kafka or RabbitMQ message brokers.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experienced in using AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar.
• Good attitude, proactive mindset, and strong problem-solving skills.
