DW Steward / Dishwasher Qualifications
- Minimum education: High School/Vocational High School or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Steward, Dishwasher, or in a similar role is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Ability to wash, clean, and store kitchen equipment according to company standards.
- Knowledge of the safe use of cleaning chemicals and cleaning equipment.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dishwashing area, and other work areas.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Honest, disciplined, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Positive attitude, hardworking, and able to follow instructions effectively.
